PlayStation Plus Titles Revealed for July 2024

Sony announced today on PlayStation Blog that Borderlands 3, Among Us, and NHL 24 headline the monthly games available for all PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers, available to download on Tuesday, July 2.

Essential tier subscribers will also be able to redeem in-game rewards for Genshin Impact, including 160 Prima Gems, 4 Fragile Resin, 20 Hero’s Wit, 30 Mystic Enhancement Ore and 150,000 Mora.

The smash hit social deduction game, Among Us, made its way to PlayStation consoles towards the end of 2021 and will be free to download at the start of the month. Players take control of crew members aboard a spaceship completing menial tasks while an unknown impostor aims to thin the numbers all while avoiding detection, and becoming the last one standing.

Borderlands 3, the third mainline entry (duh) in Gearbox’s highly successful sci-fi action RPG series famous for its ludicrous variety of weaponry and wacky, memorable characters comes to the service at no additional charge. Go it alone or grab up to four friends to loot, shoot and level up across the expansive world of Pandora as four all-new badass Vault Hunters looking to reap the rewards of going toe-to-toe with the planet’s most outrageously zany bad guys.

This comes just a month before the Borderlands film releases in theaters, making it the perfect time for players new and old to (re)familiarize themselves with Pandora and her inhabitants.

Lastly, cool off and hit the ice when NHL 24 skates onto PlayStation Plus ahead of the 2024-25 hockey season. Packed with updated gameplay features and modes supported by the all-new Exhaust Engine, NHL 24 is the latest installment in EA Sports’ long-running hockey franchise, with NHL 25 expected to release sometime in October.

These three titles will be available for subscribers to download throughout the month of July, expiring on August 6. Players will have the option to choose the PS4 or PS5 versions for all games.

The PlayStation Plus Essential titles for June 2024 (SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, AEW Fight Forever and Streets of Rage 4) are still available to download until Monday, July 1.
